Powerful and compact Type-C hub

The Orico USB hub Type-C has four different USB ports. There are two USB3.0 Type-A ports and two Type-C ports. The maximum speed of USB 3.0 is up to 5Gbps, which is 10 times faster than USB 2.0. This puts an end to the endlessly long waiting for the smallest data transfers. The new Type-C connector is reversible and ensures that you always point the Type-C adapter in the right direction.

Supports OTG

OTG allows you to use your smartphone, tablet or notebook as a USB host. Via the USB port of your device you connect USB devices in the same way as on a laptop or PC. For example, connect a keyboard to more easily type reports through your phone.

VIA-Controller

The Orico USB3.0 hub is equipped with a mini-processor. This is also called a VIA controller or VIA chip. The chip ensures that the ports do not become overloaded during use. Partly because of this the hub will function optimally and achieve high transfer speeds.

Compatibility

The USB3.0 Type-C hub from Orico is compatible with Windows XP / 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 / Vista, Linux and Mac OS. No driver is required. It is backwards compatible with USB2.0 and USB1.1. Many peripherals can be connected, including a smartphone, keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, camera, USB stick, webcam, card reader and an external hard drive. Once the hub is connected, the LED indicator lights up blue.
